Orders, Shipping and Delivery

We’re trying to make sure orders are shipped within 24 business hours. When all items are available, orders consisting of a back-order product will be shipped as a complete order. Timings may vary over the weekends. Processing will take place on the next business day on the date of receipt of the order is placed after 12:00 p.m. CT for USPS after 3:00 p.m. CT or equivalent carrier or on Saturday or Sunday.
Please check items in your shopping cart before placing an order, as an order marked as ‘ shipped ‘ can not be canceled.
Orders eligible for free delivery will be shipped via USPS or UPS at Paraiba White’s discretion. Write an email to [email protected] as soon as the order is placed to speed up the delivery at the customer’s expense.
We are distributing throughout the United States, plus New Mexico and Indiana. International orders are not possible at the moment.


We accept MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, Discover, American Express, money orders, and checks.


UPS will be used for all addresses in the United States. It will be available for delivery through UPS Ground and UPS Priority Mail. There may be limitations when a big order is issued. Please email [email protected] in the case of queries. For all shipments, we offer free shipping.


During the checkout of your orders, one of the following options will be available:
● USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days. Based on the zip code, transit times differ.
● UPS Ground: 2-4 working days. Based on the zip code, transit times differ.
The time it takes to fulfill the order will depend on the time of year, courier, warehouse range, and so on.

Missing Shipments

If your shipment is lost in an unfortunate event, please use these tips while dealing with such a situation: 1. Look for a notice: a notice would have been left to you if the delivery man tried to deliver the order. 2. Given the risk of having the wrong address, please check the address you gave to validate. 3. Check with your neighbors: ask your friends to check whether the shipment has been sent to your local home. 4. Look at your mailbox: the package may have been placed in your mailbox or near a side door instead of delivering at the front door. 5.
